PCQI Training

SCS Food Safety is offering an Online Virtual PCQI 2.5 Day class on June 19 to 21, 2017 from 9 am to 5 pm for the first two days and 9 am to 1 PM on the third day.

HAACP Training

HAACP classes will provide excellent training to assist you in developing your Food Safety Plan as required by the Food Safety Modernization Act of 2011 FSMA.  Furthermore HACCP-based food safety training is required for Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) standards (SQF, BRC, IFS, FSSC22000, etc.)

Internal Auditor Training

Course presented by Mike Nolan – Mike has over 38 years’ experience working in Food Safety with extensive expertise in HACCP, GMP’s, Sanitation, Food Allergens, Food Defense, Quality Systems, Internal, 2nd and 3rd party audits, SQF, BRC, and Integrated Pest Management Programs.
